Today, our company maintain to service on its own area of 25000 m2;1000m2 of which is closed area. RVZ Revizyon Medikal, maintains service on investment casting of orthopedic implants prioritising quality with an equipe that has worked in different departments at the areas of investment casting and medical for 10 years. Our production process is able to supply The Application of (PMS) Production monitoring system that is put into practise by the the Ministry of health which enables to ensure 100 % traceability at the steps of production and product life. RVZ Revizyon Medikal maintains quality at all the steps of the production to respond to sector expectations sensibly and carefully with its ISO 13485:2016 certificated quality managed system. RVZ Revizyon Medikal can design and produce molds itself with its 3D surface-solid modeling programs with qualified staff and gains speed and flexibility in meeting customer needs. Our company can perform non-destructive tests which are chemical and material analysis, hardness measurement tests with its own internal lab opportunities. All tests and transactions are reported according to customers’ specific standards and international standards.
