LLC ZBKiT manufactures and supplies dosing pumps for oil, gas, chemical and petrochemical companies of Russia, CIS and Europe. Our strategic direction is the export program. We produce: One-plunger pump units PT 1.1 Capacity: up to 8 m3/h Pressure: up to 40 MPa Three-plunger pump units by API-674 (3-rd edit.) PT 1.3,PT 2.3 Capacity: from 0.2 m3/h up to 60 m3/h Pressure: up to 80 MPa Five-plunger pump units ZBKiT pump units are designed to pumps various liquids, including chemically active ones. Working temperatures: from -15 °С to +450 °С Kinematic viscosity: not more than 8 cm/s Content of solids non-abrasive particles: up to 0.2% by weight Particle size: up to 0.2 mm. We select materials and layout of hydraulic parts of our pumps in accordance customer’s requirements to ensure trouble-free operation throughout the entire service life. We use comprehensive quality control system of entire production process. Each pump unit passes bench tests to check compliance with technical specifications. We have all necessary quality certificates , EAC TR ТU 010, 012, API, ISO). Our pumps are successfully operating at PJSC LUKOIL (RF), Brod Refinery (Bosnia and Herzegovina), PJSC TATNEFT, PJSC NK ROSNEFT (RNPK, Saratov Refinery, Slavneft-YANOS), Gazprom UGS (Kasimovskoye, Uvyazovskoye, Nevskoye, Elshanskaya SPGG) and others.
