Credit / Tcoin is the in-system payment unit used to view posts other than those marked 'free' on the TurkishExporter & Forie platform and to benefit from the DataBank (data bank) service.

Why is the Tcoin system needed and why is it limited?

With the Turkishexporter Tcoin system, the request detail viewing system is implemented in order to make your trade communication more healthy. In this way, you do not have to contact people other than your target audience.

Messaging with Forie

Every user with an approved profile who registers to TurkishExporter & Forie platforms by creating a free membership can benefit from it.

What is Post ?

They are all the requests that users leave to the system to meet their needs such as exporting or importing products, logistics and tendering.

How to Access the Details of the Posts ?

Users who have registered a company can access the post details using Credit / Tcoin. Each post is equivalent to 10 Credits/Tcoins.

What is Request Stream?

It is a system where importing posts for the sectors and subsectors chosen by member companies are transferred instantly. Companies can access all posts sent to them since the date of membership through this request stream.

Listing Priority Right

It is a system where companies are listed in the "Companies" section on the home page according to the membership package types they have chosen. Companies with listing priority rights may have the opportunity to promote more widely.

Language Support

With the international promotion and advertising service offered, company profiles are prepared in English by experts. This service also provides translation support in the world's 7 most common languages, depending on the membership package types: English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Profile Introduction

Company profiles prepared by experts are created on a sectoral basis. Member companies, in line with the sector/category they choose, add information such as a text about the company, product names, keywords and product details in the area reserved for product images, so that their company profiles are featured on the platform.

How Do Companies Create Their Profiles?

When companies click on the 'Sign Up' button in the upper right corner of the TurkishExporter website, they can register and create their company profile by filling in all the required information on pop-up window.

How to Make Your Profile More Effective?

The company profile is strengthened when users upload the company address, tax office and number, profile information, product image, keywords and the necessary documents that will create an element of trust into the system. A strong company profile allows you to communicate more effectively with buyers and carry out commercial transactions more easily.

Why should I add a logo?

Adding your company logo gives information about your company identity and activity, like a profile photo, and makes you more noticeable. Adding a logo gives your potential customers confidence.

Why should I add a category?

In order to reach your potential customers, it is an effective factor for your target audience to know in which field you operate. By adding categories, you can be more accessible and visible in the lists, and you can get one step closer to your customers.

Can Every Company Register to the System?

Companies can start actively using the system after completing their profiles completely and accurately and passing the necessary security checks.

How does the account verification process work? If the user is not a member of the system: Click the sign up for button, User information is added to the relevant field. User company information should be added, If it is not added, its membership on the site will be suspended. If the user is a member of the system: If the company will not be created, the user remains as a user on the site. If user is going to create a company, the user clicks on the Mypage tab, Company information is entered in the relevant field. Go to the created company profile, Company's missing information is added on the control panel page. The company is sent for approval. It is checked by data processing whether the company has the necessary qualifications for approval (double registration, fake content etc.) It is published when the company is approved by data processing. If not, the company is rejected and directed to check the user information again. Can More than One Company or User Be Added?

Companies are entitled to only 1 free membership with each title and tax number. VIP companies can add more than one user to their profiles by contacting the Customer Contact Center. Additionally, if you own more than one company, you can take part in the system as multiple multi-owners.

How can Membership be Terminated?

Company profiles continue to be published until you request their removal. If you want to cancel your membership while you are still entitled to a package membership, you can contact the Customer Communication Center.

When is the Membership Package Activated?

After you choose your membership package and make your payment, your membership is approved by the necessary units. At the end of these processes, you can start actively using your membership package.

Why is activation necessary, what is it for?

The activation mail is among the information requested from you for the approval of your company. It means that you will start to benefit from the relevant services offered by Turkishexporter within the content of your membership package and contract.The activation code is required for you to carry out your more reliable and sustainable commercial communication and to use the system actively.

Can I Register to the System as an Individual Without a Company?

You can register as a user on the platform, send free messages and view posts by purchasing Credits / Tcoins. To benefit from the services included in the annual membership package, a commercial identity card or a sole proprietorship is required.
