Our qualified staff monitors the quality at every stage of production. We maintain a forma l documented ‘Quality Management System’, designed to consistently provide a product that conforms, as a minimum, to the specified requirements. The system arranged in a three level format, is being implemented in the company. Level One Quality Manual ( QM) The QM is an open, controlled document, when stamped as such, briefly addressing all applicable requirements of ISO-9001. Level Two Quality System Procedures/Work Instructions/Inspection and Test Instructions Company management’s explanation on who is doing what, where, when and why, are compiled in QSP for departments. Work Instructions and inspection and test instructions are also included in QSP. Quality planning in described in Q-001. Level Three Forms and Formats Al l forms and formats being used are incorporated in the level three documents. IN-HOUSE GARMENT DIVISION We have a well-equipped garment unit and we stitch our textile products in our own factory. We make following product under the supervision of highly trained staff. Item: Denim Jeans, shorts, jacket, overalls, etc. Woven: Trouser, shorts, jacket etc. Knitted: Fleece Hooded Zipper Jackets, Fleece Pullover Hooded Jackets, T-Shirts, Pajama Suits, Sweat Shirts, Jogging Suits, Night Wears, all other required items in knitted fabrics. Production Capacity in denim/non denim garment 50,000 pcs as per month and knitted general 80,000 pcs per month for Our Workers & Office Staff We have the qualified and dedicated staff to meet our production needs. They are fully capable of handling every type of order satisfactorily.
