To obtain the best possible wild olive tree olive oil, we harvesting very carefully and we pay extra care so only the most healthy olives will be collected , by hand. The olives are pressed the same day of being harvested, under cold press extraction method ,at a temperature ranging from 23 to 25 degrees C max. The wild olive trees are of Olea Sylvestris variety and they have been certified as organic by TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS and Q&Q Analysis. Tests show zero levels of any synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
