It is produced as organic and Non-organic black carrot juice. Black carrots that have an organic certificate in the production of organic black carrot juice are taken after pesticide analysis. Organic black carrot juices do not contain any pesticide residues harmful to human health. Non-organic black carrot juices are inspected in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Maximum Residue Limits of Pesticides. In the production of organic and Non-organic black carrot juice, it is obtained from high quality black carrots patented in Konya, Eregli Region. Black carrots taken into operation after raw material control are washed and squeezed for the last time after washing and quality control. Black carrot juices packed in 200 lt steel barrels with double-layered LDPE bags and closed with clamp lids are frozen at -40 ° C and stored in -18 ° C 200 lt steel drums.
