Pomegranate Seed Oil (Organic and Conventional) Pomegranate seed oil, which is obtained by cold pressing method from pomegranate seeds, which are washed and dried, is packaged and sold according to customer demand. In terms of production technique, after the foreign materials in the pomegranate seed are cleaned, the pressing process is carried out in the presses without being exposed to high temperatures. Afterwards, pomegranate seed oil is made ready for sale by performing a simple filtering process. Pomegranate seed oil obtained by cold press technique are not subjected to high degree of heat treatment during the process (40-50 ° C), no solvent is used during the extraction of oil from the raw material. It comes to the fore in terms of nutritional value because it contains some substances such as natural antioxidants, phosphatides, cerebrosides, carotenoids and phytosterols in higher ratios.
