Established by Mr. Durmus Ali Çoban in 1988, in Denizli with a capacity of 10 weaving machines to manufacture grey fabrics. In a very short period of time Durtas has caught a successful trend in market and has made its manufacturing capacity much more larger. In year 2002 Durtas has fully replaced its production structure with high technology machines and advanced production methods.

In the same year, Durtas has completed a yarn manufacturing plant which is covered by sophisticated machines and fully equipped laboratory.

Today, Durtas manufactures fabrics and yarns with 5 Open-End yarn machines, 1 yarn test laboratory, 1 blowing room, 1 of V type and 1 of conical warp machines, 1 sizing machine and 60 weaving machines in a 16.000 m2 covered plant with a capacity of 5.000.000 mts grey fabrics and 3.000 tons yarns per year.

Durtas sells large amount of its products to some Europe countries.
