The purpose of the establishment is to export as per the European Union Standards. With this idea, KIRIS GIDA which is still the best example at present for a fish product facility, has been built in these years. Since the first years of its existence, it has processed the Special Aqua Products mostly like octopus and cutllefish, obtained by hunting from nature and made it ready for consumption as appropriate in accordance with the norms of food safety.
