Kosan Tekstil is established to produce to crude fabric, processed fabric, fabric which has polyester, colored Sardon and 230 C- fix polyester in 1987. Our company has 15000 meter square close area.
Our company consist of 50 workbenches, one dyehouse which has 2 opening machines, 5 Jigar machines, 2 HTJet, Ramöz (can work in 230 C) 1 60-ton –press- Kalender(ironing) machine, 5 Sardon machines, 2 Otoklaf machines, 2 quality control labs and 1 thermo-fix labs.
Our quality sense:
Our quality control department is working well organized with either our partner companies or within company. We have high quality management, and idea of perfection. We take advantage of being integrated establishment. It makes easy to understand and correct our mistakes.
While We are increasing our domestic and international trade margin, we are trying to increase our quality and decrease our prices. We are also increasing our producing speed.
We are using 100-percent cotton, acrylic, linen, cotton-polyester, cotton-viskon, polyester-viskon, etc. we can do weaving all kind of fibre such as openend, ring, compact, flament, satin and cord from 90cm wide to 3.80 cm wide.
