Lithosan was established in 1984 as an integrated manufacturing facility and is currently built on 20.000 m2 enclosed area and has the paper processing capacity of 13.500 tons per year. Our manufacturing facility is able to carry out internally a variety of printing processes such as graphical design, CTP, die-cutting, offset printing, cutting, gluing and dispersion/ UV coating, packaging and leaflet folding just to name a few. Considering the current production, %60 of the capacity is cardboard folding boxes and %40 is leaflets. Lithosan delivers 15-20% of the cardboard folding box and leaflet demand in local pharmaceutical market. Lithosan is a well-established company and offers high quality products and services with competitive prices and lead times and provide a service of excellence to all customers. Specialising in pharmaceutical industry brings the necessity of high quality standards and as a commitment to our superior quality, we are ISO 9001 certified since 1999. We are also proud to announce that we are up to date with the final and current version of ISO 9001:2015. With our quality sensitivity and customer oriented perception we have been an approved supplier for over 55 pharmaceutical domestic and multinational companies. In addition to quality standards, Lithosan also has occupational health and safety management system ISO 45001. Continuous improvement is managed by keeping up to date with new technologies, ERP system and 95 highly trained employees. All the production is controlled by the ERP system enabling full control over planning, transparent pricing and productivity analysis.
