Gas, Liquid and Solid Fuels Scotch Type Steam Boilers Designed to meet the needs of industrial and residential facilities. Capacities range between 300 and 10,000 kg/h. Proper sheet metals and seamless tubes are chosen (P235, P265, P295, P355) to stand with high pressures. Our boilers are subjected to hydrostatic pressure test. It is manufactured with corrugated furnace, and dished tubes sheet. 3-pass design. The boiler body is painted with heat resistant boiler paint and it is insulated with rock wool which covered with galvanized or aluminum sheets. The covers are produced as double-walled and heat insulation is applied between the walls. Welding operations are performed by our certified welders according to WPQR. Our boilers can be delivered as a complete package with its equipment and automation system. On-site manufacturing can be carried out at factory standards. Our products have ISO and CE (2016/426/EU), (2014/68/EU) and TSE certificates. 2 years warranty.
