We at M/s Pavi Electrical Industries Pvt Ltd , introduce ourselves as Suppliers and Manufacturers of Pure Copper Equipments & Spares for Arc Melting/Ladle Furnace, Blast Furnace & Ferro Alloy Plants to any Design/Make as per customer’s specification, and Copper and Aluminum based alloy castings for various other industries, for over 40 years. Currently we are manufacturing Flanged Concentric Reducers, Flanges Clamping pieces and Pedestal pieces of ALMg4 , Bushes and Bearings in AB2_,PB2 Rings for Worm Gear in Wire Drawing Machines , and Copper Rings , Blocks-cast and forged Pure Copper Flanges, Concentric Reducers, Brass fittings , Equal and Unequal Tees etc Other than our normal product line we have fine tuned our production for all types of Hydraulic Cyliders and Pneumatic Cylinders. Most of the leading steel plants ,Ferro alloy units, Fertilizer industries,mining units , oxygen plants etc have been our valued customers across the country. We have been exporting to customers like Steel Cast-Tanzania(Africa) , Euro Gulf- Dubai, Al Bahari LLC –Dubai, Baku Steel-Aizerbaijan,Meghna Steels- and BSRM Steel Rolling Mills –Bangladesh, Qatar Steel Co - Qatar ,Qasco Steels-Dubai ,Tecapet-Zambia (ferro Alloy unit) etc PAVI has her own manufacturing facilities in Kolkata ,India, where we can manufacture items weighing upto 1.8 to 2 tonnes per single piece . At present we are in the process of upgrading our Foundry and Machine Shop with the latest machines and other facilities ,conforming to International standards and to be one of the best in the country.
