PEP Gida A.S. is the company producing the ‘carrot snack’ with traditional methods. We launched our first product with the brand name CEZY at 2018. Our original recipe reached from 1800s via our ancestors, grandfathers. And nowadays only few small company continue to produce the recipe at East Mediterranean of Turkey. We, as a company, have revised the recipe for this traditional product. We have revised the recipe according to the expectations of 21st century consumers with removing sugar, starch and replacing them with real and natural ingredients. Our main ingredient is carrot with dried fig. And with the other ingredients like walnut, peanut butter, date, spices and dried fruits our products also become a functional snack.
