Benk Food Management built in Erfelek Town on 1994 as a family management. Until 1997, it produced jam, marmalade& herbal teas from blackberry, chornelion cherry, apple, quince & pear which grown in town. Our firm in 2000’s, in addition to defined products, the firm started to use aromatic grapes that grown on purple savage trees and grapevines to make protected fruit juices by “pure” pasteurized method. Moreover fruit juices produced by blackberry and cornelian cherry that grown in town. sinopeAfter an increase in request to fruit juices, 2000 square meters close area bought and the factory moved to there in same town. The factory can produce an average of 2000-3000 liters a day (as fruit juice). sinopeOur company does NOT use “food protection substances” as a principle. Production completely done in glass bottles with protective covers and pasteurize method. sinopeThe factory built on a center of rich nature with a forest which surrounded by rivers. Famous “Erfelek Tatlica group waterfalls” are in 17 kms distance from the factory. sinopeAll fruits that processed in the factory are with no medicine and manure, grow in totally natural settings. The firm sometimes does small foreign sales.
