FROZEN FOODS (Pastry, chocolate, baklava, lokum, cake and other bakery products) We are primarily the frozen food and other Middle Eastern/ Mediterranean delicacies exporting company, but we also have other production lines for cakes, cookies, biscuits, pastries, and non-food goods, like industrial and such. Our products: Does not contain any GMO corn-syrup, only uses high-quality sugar obtained from beets Has no additives Tam Group currently exports to Australia, Europe, the U.S.A., CIS, Arabia, and Africa countries. All exports are flash-frozen at the factory in Istanbul, then the products are transported and stored at their destinations at -18 C. To unfreeze exported goods, it is enough to keep them out of the freezer for up to 4 hours at normal room temperature, then the products can be enjoyed without any further action needed. The products could be sold from a market’s frozen section or sold unfrozen on a counter from a tray in the traditional way at a bakery, restaurant, or on any stand. Some of the foods are fresh, voluminous, and ready to eat, meaning it does not require any additional heating or adding of syrup.
