Explanation
Burst test bench is mainly used for rubber hoses, brake tubes, power steering tubes, clutch pipes, automotive air conditioning and radiator hoses, condensers, evaporators, oil coolers, heaters, pressure meters, fire equipment, metal joints, valves, hose assemblies, piping, pipes, pressure vessels, pressure transmitter and other products. Test pressure, pressure rise rate, temperature and other parameters can be set in the test program. After setting, the machine can complete the test automatically. Once the leakage occurs, the machine will stop and alarm. The test data and curve parameter can be displayed in a real-time manner. The machine can save the test result automatically and print test report at will. Test pressure can be 700 MPa max. After the failure of the test piece, the pressure will drop rapidly. It won't have the continuous discharge of high-pressure liquid which will ensure personal safety at maximum.
