Explanation
Ketotifen is a non-bronchodilator anti-asthmatic drug with anti-allergic properties. This medicine is indicated in the following cases: - Prevention of bronchial asthma when associated with allergic symptoms. - Prevention and treatment of allergic rhinitis, allergic skin reactions and other allergic manifestations. Ketotifen reduces the frequency and severity of attacks but does not prevent an asthma attack once it has started.
