Union Chemicals Factory LLC (UCF) is a subcidiary of Ittihad Interntional Investment LLC, a large-scale private holding group governing several prestigious companies in the region.

Since its establishment in 2009, UCF has assumed its position in the Middle East as a prominent sulphonation plant producing Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA). LABSA is one of the key synthetic ingredients used in producing several industrial and consumer detergents. LABSA is also the most efficient and vital surfacants in the detergent sector.

Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD-1), is the home to the plant that spans over a total area of 7,175sqm. UCF produce approximately 2 tons of high quality LABSA per hour and houses a fully-automated and computerized facility coupled by the most advanced machinery supplied by elite suppliers.
