We are introducing our self as the only indigenous manufacturer of LINING EQUPMENT (Concrete paver) in India SINCE LAST TWO DECADE in this field.
We had supplied various combinations of LINING PAVERS to work on CANAL SLOPES & BED, AIR PORTS, RESERVOIRS, ROAD etc., All kind of PAVERS being installed are working successful at fullest satisfaction and optimum performance.
Following are the projects and there concrete paver machine. -
The Machine is a self-propelled unit designed to run on 50 1bs/yd. rails. It is a pin connected bolted structure easy to erect and transportation.
For Canal / Reservoir Project.
1. Trimmer: - This Machine is use for proud cutting of subgrade on slope of Canal.
Conveyor: - It pores the concrete at any place you desire.
Paver: - It finishes the concrete with given thickness any length from 2 meter to 40 meters can get from several model of UNISTEEL CONCRETE PAVER MACHINE.
Work Bridge:-It is ment for meson to work.
For Road Project.
UNISTEEL RCP 750 for Concrete Lining on Road, This machine can work from 1 meter to 25 meters of Road at a time, as per your required width it will be supplied.
This paver can achieve cambering of 2.5% of the width.
It can work at heavy trafic area.
Special Toeing arrangement is made for sifting the Concrete paver machine from one side to another; one can start toeing with in one hour without taking any dismantle.
A Hydraulic Needle vibrators from USA are being used, this vibrator has a vibration of 10,500 VPM. This vibrator has influence area of 24” diameter form the age; this will give vibrating effect deeply and surrounding.
For Airport Project.
UNISTEEL RCP 750 for concrete lining on airport apron can finish up to 15 meter of slab width, and a slab height of 450mm, this has the same specification as Road paver
