Thermal Tights importer for thermal tights - Baby Products

I am interested to purchase kids thermal tights/pantyhose products in large quantities (thick cotton fleecy fabric suitable for winter season, maybe flannel or baize cotton fabric - I am not sure about the correct fabric name); age range 0-12 years. I would like to know the following: 1. if your company offers private label service; 2.what is the minimum quantity I have to order; 3. what are the timeframes to fulfill a minimum quantity order and eventually 4. what are the prices along with product specifications (size in cm and years, material ingredients, washing instructions).
