i need some s/steel rings (large Washers) with 2.5 holes tapped equi distant 3 tappings and a flexible plastic water pipe mould injection

Ring B OD 53mm x40mmID with 3 clearence holes 3.6 mm rings with 3x 3x 30mm cap screws. ring C the rings need 3 off 3mm thick neoprean foam rubber rings 62mmODx 39mm ID with 3 clearence holes 3.6 Equidistant.rubber ring D 54mmodx40id 3mm neoprean rubber 3.6 mm clearence holes equidistant. rings to be assembled and be put in a small plastic bag.
