Colakoglu Kimya

Colakoglu Chemistry has been established in 1978 and moved to the main office in 1996 in Istanbul. Since 1978, Colakoglu is producing Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate and Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate with a growing capacity year by year. Nowadays, Colakoglu has a producing capacity about 7500t/y for each Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate and Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate.Colakoglu Chemistry is the first and the biggest Zinc Sulphate producer of Turkey. In 2008, with the request of the farmers, for dry fertilizing applications, Colakoglu started to generate a new product named Cinkat. This new product includes 80 % Zinc Sulphate and also has a granule shape. In 2010, over 56l0 tons of Cinkat was used in the fields, especially for rice field applications. Also, Colakoglu Chemistry is producing technical grade Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate since 2005.
