Founded in 1994 led by civil engineer Bilal SAHIN the company built many houses and apartments. The company centered in Bafra is the leader of real estate sector. Presenting the samples of tradition, direct method and strong structure the company continues to serve in real estate sector. In 1998 the company acquired the franchise of Vestel Elektronik and White Appliances of Bafra. Being the first dealer and having the first showroom in Bafra our company became the champion of turnover among Vestel dealers in 2002. And our store continues with the same stability and excitement. The company took the first step on being a holding company and a group company in 2010 and the second company “KRK YAPI Insaat Mobilya Ltd. Sti. ” was founded by Seyit Samil SAHIN. With this the company became a leading light of Turkish furniture sector, had design rewards from France and Istanbul furniture fairs, became Vestel of furniture sector and took the dealership of Cardin Concept furniture brand of Bafra.
