Explanation
NETCLEAN EM 500 is a material used as powder and dipping, containing strong alkali and silicate, designed for use at high temperatures and before acid, especially to degrease iron & steel materials. Depending on the quality of the iron & steel material used, the “Degreasing Bath” concentration may vary. In case of using iron-steel and scaled materials coming from overseas, it is recommended to prepare the bath at least 6% w/v and use NETMIX A 102 at a rate of 1 - 2% w/v.
