Fundamentals of Colakoglu Construction was built by Mr. Izzet Colakoglu in 1961 in Istanbul. Silkcoat Paint has founded in 1993 and started its production with Silk Plaster (liquid wall paper). Then adding manufacturing of mineral plaster, construction paints, decorative(efect) paint, decorative coatings, varnishes, and Silkoterm Thermal Insulation System. Silkcoat currently export its product to more than 70 countries. Silkcoat continues to produce quality products to the world paint market with its production facilities in 13 countries. As a Colakoglu Concrete, has found its ready-mix concrete facility in Istanbul, July 2007 with 400,000m3/year capacity. Our partnership Anadolu Mikronize biggest calcium carbonate factory in Turkey has started production in 2008 in Nigde with its 300,000 mt/year. Now Silkcoat has making progress with trust and praise getting from its customer.
