We are producing oak gall which has the highest tannic acid %65-70 in the world. The tannic acid is a natural/organic additive for many sectors, like natural dyeing, chemical, cosmetic, wine making. Themazi is a family bussines that goes back 1950'ies. We are producing around 200 tonnes a year.
