Expotim International Fair Org. is established in April 2003 with a group of people experienced at fair organization sector; Expotim has set customer satisfaction as its primary principle and is playing a crucial role in increasing the Turkish export figures. Expotim, which is authorized by the Turkish Ministry of Economy with B-Class license to organize exhibitions abroad, has different sector-specific sales groups of Textile, Machinery, Construction, Energy, Agriculture and Food, and Automotive. The number of total employees is 80 at the moment. The company’s sector-specific structure is supported with specialized service departments, thereby customer-centered system contribute to both customer satisfaction and development of Turkey. Expotim exhibitions are organized by experienced staff members who are specialized in their fields.Ladin Fair, which is established in 1993, was bought by Expotim in 2007.Turkish government has authorized 21 licensed organizers for 268 exhibitions abroad in 2012. Expotim is the organizer of 33 of them (% 12.3) while Ladin has 10 exhibitions (% 3.7 ) in the list. Until 2012, Expotim and Ladin organized 232 exhibition in 32 different countries.Since Expotim is established, exhibition area has been sold over 200.000 sqm. Number of exhibiting companies is above 8000.Expotim staff aim at providing customers with best services and are at customers’ disposal during all process starting from floor plan design until the end of fair to offer meticulous and systematic service.
